Popayán | 📅 August 9–10, 2024
In August 2024, the Youth Human Rights Network, in coordination with the Ministry of Sport, the National Sports School, Indeportes Cauca, and the Popayán Sports Secretariat, supported the first JovenHEVS Festival held in the city.
The event brought together 175 children and young people and featured 18 physical activity groups. Through functional rhythmic activity—combining calisthenics, functional training, and different musical genres—the festival promoted physical activity, healthy lifestyles, teamwork, empathy, and social cohesion. The event also included a training session for 50 leaders from participating groups.
