sustainability, and intercultural dialogue. Through our programs and partnerships, we combine education, capacity building, community engagement, and advocacy to promote sustainable change across territories.

Human Rights and Youth

We promote the knowledge, exercise, and protection of human rights, strengthening young people’s capacity to participate meaningfully in decisions that affect their lives and communities.

Youth Leadership, Participation and Empowerment

We strengthen young people’s skills, leadership, and meaningful participation, recognizing them as protagonists and agents of social change.

Education and Capacity Building

We develop innovative educational processes that strengthen knowledge, skills, and tools for exercising rights, participating in civic life, and transforming communities.

Peace, Protection and Social Inclusion

We work to prevent different forms of violence and exclusion affecting children and young people, promoting protective environments, peaceful coexistence, inclusion, and peacebuilding.

We promote youth and community engagement in environmental protection, climate action, and the development of more sustainable and resilient territories.

Diversity, Interculturality and Equality

We recognize and value social, cultural, and territorial diversity, promoting equality, non-discrimination, and dialogue across communities and generations.

Digital Rights and Innovation

We use technology and digital tools to expand opportunities for youth participation and learning while promoting awareness and protection of young people’s rights in digital environments.

Through projects implemented in partnership with communities, organizations, and institutions, we turn these commitments into concrete actions that respond to the realities and needs of young people.

Youth Rights, Leadership and Participation

This program strengthens youth leadership, empowerment, and meaningful participation as drivers of social transformation. We promote knowledge and exercise of human rights, capacity building, civic participation, and youth advocacy on issues affecting young people and their communities.

Youth Protection, Inclusion and Wellbeing

This program seeks to foster safe, inclusive, and protective environments where children and young people can thrive and fully exercise their rights. We address different forms of vulnerability through prevention, education, inclusion, peaceful coexistence, equality, and community strengthening, also using tools such as sports and creative expression.

Climate Justice and Territorial Sustainability

This program promotes youth and community engagement in environmental protection and the development of sustainable, resilient, and climate-just territories. We combine environmental education, ecological restoration, sustainable solutions, local and ancestral knowledge, and intergenerational perspectives to address the challenges of climate change.

Digital Rights, Technology and Innovation

This program promotes meaningful access to, and responsible use and adoption of, technology as a tool for exercising rights, learning, and social transformation. We work on digital rights, digital citizenship, technology education, STEM, and innovation, strengthening the capacities of young people and communities to engage safely and meaningfully in digital environments.

Throughout our journey, RJDH has launched campaigns and initiatives aimed at raising awareness, mobilizing communities, and strengthening youth participation in addressing challenges that affect their rights and territories.
